Our Team
Francesca Simonetti is the founder and owner of Magnolia Landscapes. She’s been landscaping professionally since the age of 17, and studied horticulture at Southern Maine Community College. She is driven by her love of crafting spaces. From meeting with a client and hearing their vision to designing the space and making it come to life, Francesca’s work brings her joy.
When she’s not working (“Free time? What’s that?”), Francesca spends time with the kids and the dogs. Hiking, sailing, and home renovation projects abound.

Kendra is an encyclopedia for native plants and weeds. If you have a plant question, she’s your girl. Need an opinion on aesthetics? She’s got that covered too. Kendra has a background in natural history and ecology, and brings creative joy to her work every day. Kendra has been working with Magnolia Landscapes since its inception, and plays the role of project manager and in-house designer.
Kendra likes to spend her weekends at home, preferably with a knitting project, Butter the cat, and Martha the dog.
